Flexible working hours
We value work-life balance. As an INLer, you benefit from a Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA), so you can work in a hybrid framework and adjust your working hours.
Social facilities
We have several social facilities, including free nursery services, a guest house, and a gym for functional training and Pilates lessons.
Annual leave
We encourage you to take time off to relax and recharge. You are entitled to an annual leave of 2.5 days per month (30 days per year).
Social activities
Our Social Committee organises fun activities to socialise. Some examples are Magusto, Potluck lunches/dinners, and sports events.
Financial benefits
We provide financial benefits, including relocation support, family allowance, child allowance, children’s education fees reimbursement, private health insurance, travel allowances, and gym expenses.
